PEI Potato Board
The PEI Potato Board represents Prince Edward Island’s potato growers, whose potatoes are recognized around the world for their taste and quality. We designed and developed peipotato.org, a home for everyone from home cooks and kids to buyers, exporters and the farmers behind every harvest. It takes an Island.
Project Details
Prince Edward Island is Canada’s largest potato-producing province, and the PEI Potato Board needed a website that could speak to very different audiences at once: families looking for dinner ideas, buyers and exporters sourcing potatoes, and growers looking for industry information. We built the site around clear Consumers and Buyers paths, a searchable recipe library, a filterable dealer directory and a media centre the Board’s team can update themselves, all wrapped in a warm, Island-proud design that celebrates the red soil, the farmers and the potatoes they grow.

Recipe Library
Dozens of recipes created by Prince Edward Island chefs live in a searchable, sortable library, from fish cakes and chowder to potato chocolate cake. Each recipe shows cooking time and servings, lets home cooks scale the ingredients up or down with a tap, and includes print and share buttons, turning the site into a go-to kitchen resource that keeps PEI Potatoes on the table.

Dealer Directory
Buyers can find the right supplier in seconds. The dealer directory filters Island dealers by region (Canada, US and export), by market, from retail and food service to processing and seed, and by product. Each listing shows the dealer’s location, markets and products, and a downloadable Dealer Guide is one click away for buyers who prefer a printed copy.

Mobile-First
Whether someone is checking a recipe in the kitchen or looking up a dealer on the road, every section is built for phones first, with large tap targets, a simple menu and a one-tap French option in the header.
