Web Design & Development
Arcwell Developments
Arcwell Developments builds turnkey modular homes and community infrastructure for Indigenous communities and hospitality clients across Canada. We designed and developed a website that reflects how they work: clear, practical and built on trust, with a floor plan finder, a growing project portfolio and the answers partners need to get started.
Project Details
Arcwell’s work spans land procurement, site development, construction delivery and project management for First Nations communities, government agencies and hospitality partners from Nova Scotia to British Columbia. The website needed to explain modular construction simply, show real results and turn interest into consultations. We built it around Arcwell’s floor plans and projects, with a clear path to request a quote on every page and an easy way for the team to add new plans, projects and news as they grow.

Floor Plan Finder
Arcwell’s house plans are at the heart of the site. Visitors can filter the collection by home style and number of bedrooms, and sort by square footage to narrow in on the right fit. Each plan has its own page with renderings, a description, a detailed floor plan drawing and room-by-room dimensions, so communities can compare options before they ever pick up the phone.

Project Portfolio
The projects portfolio shows Arcwell’s work across the country, from family homes for First Nations communities in Nova Scotia, Ontario and British Columbia to twelve cape-style chalets at Dalvay by the Sea in PEI National Park. Each project page lays out the partners, project type, location and scope alongside the story of the build, photo galleries and video.

News, FAQ & Resources
Modular housing raises a lot of questions, so the site answers them up front. A News & Events section with topic filters shares delivery-day stories and explainers like the difference between tiny homes and modular homes, while the FAQ covers timelines, customization, building codes and energy efficiency.

Mobile-First
Partners often check plans and projects on the go, so every page is designed for smaller screens first. The filters, floor plans, project details and request-a-quote button all stay easy to reach and use on a phone.
